Self Consideration

Bible Reading: Acts 20: 1-25

But I consider my life of no value to myself; my purpose is to finish my course and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of God’s grace. Acts 20:24 CSB

We see Paul busy preaching everywhere for men to repent. He chose not to Marry so that he can do the work of His father. We saw him breaking bread everywhere he went. Taking the Holy Communion is very important. Believers should not miss out in taking the Lord’s supper. We also see how in Act 20: 11 how Paul was preaching all night till dawn. But in our today’s all night,  we do alot of entertainment in between  preaching. Paul in all his zeal for the work,  was often persecuted but this did not deter him neighter did he value his life. He faced many oppositions from his brothers. He warned us today that savage wolves will come in among us, not sparing the flock. He said these are men that will rise from among us and  wanting to lead the young away from the truth. These will bring about backsliding and careless lives. Resisting the temptation of the world means nothing to them any longer.

Prayer Point: I receive grace to preach the word of God at all times
